DHL Supply Chain is hiring Sr. HR Representatives to provide strategic HR advice and customer service to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices. The role covers people-related guidance, associate advocacy, site culture initiatives, investigations, compliance, training, staffing, succession planning, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and HRMS data entry. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent four years of work experience, at least three years of HR experience across major functional areas, and prior experience partnering with senior management; organizational change leadership and several additional HR competencies are preferred. The national salary range is $70,000–$115,000, with California and Washington ranges provided, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, bonus, and paid time off.
