Plexus Worldwide is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and executives, shaping global talent strategy through workforce planning, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and data-driven risk management. The role includes executive coaching, complex employee relations and investigations, performance management, compliance, global HR policy support, and occasional event production and travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–7 years of human resources experience, a PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP credential, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; a master’s degree and Spanish bilingualism are preferred.
