Ivyhill is hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions for its 200+ employees, including onboarding, training, leave administration, policy implementation, employee relations, recruitment support, payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and HRIS data entry. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive human resources experience, and experience with Deltek Costpoint; a PHR or SPHR is a plus.
