Description
The Senior Program Manager will manage and monitor large, complex hospital-wide transformation programs in collaboration with Functional Workstream Leads and vendor Project Managers. The role supports workstream leads in resolving roadblocks, implements project dashboards, monitors progress, assesses vendor performance, and ensures successful program delivery. Required capabilities include project risk assessment, metrics generation and analysis, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, software development platforms, operational excellence, strategic planning, negotiation, decision-making, and leadership in a high-paced transformation environment.
