Description

ConcertAI is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support Terarecon implementation projects. The role installs and configures Terarecon products on customer networks and cloud infrastructure, performs data migration and testing, manages cloud services and tenant upgrades, integrates with EMR, PACS, and VNA systems using DICOM and HL7, provides technical training, supports post-installation issues, documents activities, and occasionally travels for service visits. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or technical certification, enterprise systems troubleshooting skills, Microsoft operating-system knowledge, and familiarity with SQL, IIS, VMware, and cloud platforms.
