The role translates event requirements into platform configurations, coordinates third-party integrations, leads testing and user acceptance, trains client teams, and serves as the technical point of contact through launch readiness. The position requires event technology, ticketing, access control, credentialing, or live-event operations experience, along with integration, API testing, documentation, client-facing, and project-management capabilities.
