Description
Collate is seeking a Sr Implementation Manager to join their early team in San Francisco. This role involves leading full-cycle implementations, managing customer and stakeholder relationships, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams, and driving project planning and execution. The Sr Implementation Manager will also be responsible for collecting product feedback and contributing to process improvement. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of client-facing implementation experience, preferably in life sciences or other highly regulated industries, with at least 2 years of experience with Windchill.
