ADP is hiring a Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll to lead payroll implementation, configuration, validation, training, issue resolution, and initial live-run support for medium- to large-sized client accounts. The role also manages platform conversions, spin-offs, project risks, escalations, milestones, and client satisfaction, while collaborating with customers and team members. Required qualifications include post-secondary education or related business experience, at least two years of payroll or related experience, English and French communication skills, direct client experience, strong client management and interpersonal abilities, and Excel proficiency.
