Description
The Sr. Improver-Quality role is responsible for quality-system implementation, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, production and process changes, engineering studies and validations, CAPA investigations, quality KPI monitoring, improvement activities, documentation and procedure approvals, training, and metrology support. The position requires at least five years of Quality Engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a moderately noisy environment with occasional travel and overtime.
