Amazon Transportation Services is hiring a Sr Automation Engineer for its Emerging Countries Engineering team to lead and expand automation initiatives in the Middle Mile. The role designs sorters, vision-guided systems, and support infrastructure; owns equipment implementation across multiple facilities; prepares technical specifications; reviews layouts, traffic plans, flow diagrams, installation details, schedules, and budgets; and leads or works with project managers, project engineers, and contractors. The position is based in Mexico with regular domestic and occasional international travel, and requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of large-project management experience, material-handling equipment expertise, CAD experience, and fluent English.
