Intuitive is hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead continuous-improvement and manufacturing operations projects, including value-stream mapping, capacity planning, facility and work-cell design, line balancing, simulation modeling, change management, and data-driven operational analysis. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline with at least eight years of leading continuous-improvement projects, or a master’s degree with six years of experience, along with AutoCAD, simulation modeling, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and project-management capabilities. The position may be filled at a different level depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.
