Intuitive is hiring a Sr. Industrial Engineer & Analyst for Services to lead continuous-improvement projects for robotic surgical instruments and accessories. The role focuses on repair and service operations, including value-stream mapping, time standards, line balancing, capacity and labor modeling, operational analytics, facility and work-cell layout changes, dashboard development, and SIOP support. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline, at least five years of analytics and industrial engineering experience, and several years of repair and service experience from an industrial engineering perspective.
