AKASA is hiring a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to manage, improve, and scale the infrastructure supporting its SaaS healthcare revenue-cycle products. The role focuses on Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub CI/CD, monitoring and observability, automation, production troubleshooting, documentation, scalability planning, and incident response. It requires at least five years of Python experience, along with Linux, shell scripting, Git, and infrastructure-as-code skills. The position is based in South San Francisco with remote work support and requires attendance at the office every Wednesday.
