Description

VGS is hiring a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) for its Platform Engineering team to build, scale, and secure high-availability AWS infrastructure for mission-critical payment applications. The role owns CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, self-healing infrastructure, observability, security guardrails, platform enablement, and mentorship, while requiring 5+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure experience and advanced Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, Python/Go/Bash, and SRE skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles
Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps workflows
Experience building, optimizing, and securing automated CI/CD pipelines
Experience implementing telemetry and monitoring stacks
Experience with tokenization, payment processing, or security products
Experience managing distributed data streaming or high-concurrency database platforms
Experience integrating AI developer tools, agentic workflows, or automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree
