Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is hiring a Senior Integration & Test Engineer, 5G (L1/L2) to support LTE, 5G, Software Defined Radio, OpenAirInterface, and advanced military waveform integration, testing, validation, and performance evaluation. The role is based at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days onsite per week and the remainder potentially remote. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting wireless systems, building and maintaining laboratory test environments, developing automation, analyzing performance issues, and supporting demonstrations and technology evaluations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 4–8 years of LTE or 5G integration and testing experience, with a base salary range of $130,000–$160,000.
