UKG is hiring a Sr. Integration Consultant to design, develop, and deliver complex XML-based integrations for customer solutions. The role leads end-to-end integration delivery, serves as a technical subject matter expert, reviews and validates builds, estimates effort, supports UAT and customer go-lives, mentors junior consultants, and handles escalations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, 5–8 years of integration development or consulting experience, and deep expertise in XML builds, EDI, benefits transactions, APIs, and secure integrations. The role requires a 3 PM to 12 AM IST shift.
