Little is hiring a Senior Interior Designer for its Workplace Interiors Studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role leads design efforts for workplace clients, develops sustainable and wellness design strategies, collaborates with studio and design leadership, mentors team members, and guides interdisciplinary teams through projects from concept through construction administration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or interior architecture, NCIDQ or NCARB certification, at least 10 years of architecture and design experience, and proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and InDesign. The schedule is 32 hours per week in the office with 8 hours of flexibility.
