Klar is hiring a full-time Internal Audit Manager in its Mexico City office under a hybrid model requiring office attendance two to three times per week. The role covers regulatory compliance and finance risk management, including audit fieldwork, reporting, audit leadership, data visualization and analysis, issue follow-up, risk assessments, and the annual audit plan. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of financial-industry experience, knowledge of banking regulations and internal controls, data analysis skills such as Python, strong analytical and communication abilities, and intermediate English proficiency.
