NTT DATA's client is hiring a Healthcare Data Exchange Business Analyst to bridge business strategy and technical execution for a health plan. The role translates contractual, regulatory, and business requirements into functional specifications, collaborates with Databricks data engineers on PySpark and SQL pipelines, enforces healthcare data-exchange compliance, and validates complex EDI payloads through end-to-end testing. Candidates need at least seven years of IT business analysis experience, including four years in healthcare interoperability, along with payer operations, Databricks, SQL, CMS interoperability, and X12 EDI expertise. The position is remote and pays $50 to $55 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
