Trex is hiring a Senior IT M&A Integration Program Manager to establish and lead enterprise IT capabilities for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business integrations. The role owns the IT M&A playbook, leads technology due diligence, enterprise integration planning, Day 1 readiness, program governance, and coordination across technology teams, business functions, implementation partners, and vendors. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, PMP certification, at least 10 years of enterprise IT program leadership experience, and at least 5 years leading IT integration activities for M&A. The position offers a base salary of $135,000-$175,000 annually plus potential annual or sales bonus compensation.
