Amazon is hiring a Sr. IT Program Manager focused on regional governance for the Ops Tech Solutions Deployment organization. The role owns the Program Management Office strategy and reporting for UK, EU, and Middle East deployment projects, defines and measures project and program KPIs, manages resource forecasting and capacity planning, maintains governance mechanisms and standard operating procedures, and supports program management tool enhancements. The position requires program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree, data-driven improvement experience, and strong communication skills; process improvement, AI tools, PMP, IT hardware and network knowledge, and program management system experience are preferred.
