McKesson is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives supporting enterprise technology modernization, operational stability, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and business growth. The role manages projects through initiation, deployment, and closure; coordinates cross-functional infrastructure, cloud, network, security, operations, and vendor teams; develops plans, budgets, schedules, and governance artifacts; manages risks and dependencies; supports executive decision-making; and ensures compliance with PMO, architectural, security, and regulatory requirements. The position requires advanced project management knowledge, enterprise technology experience, typically 7+ years of project management experience and 5+ years leading infrastructure initiatives, and offers a base pay range of $122,100 to $203,500.
