Description
The role is a senior program manager responsible for leading cross-functional technology projects, coordinating stakeholders and executive management, planning and estimating work, managing budgets and scope, tracking milestones, handling changes, and using metrics to drive continuous improvement. Candidates must have at least 10 years of practical experience as a program or project manager on technology-focused projects, including banking experience, software development processes, IT integration, UX concepts, and custom or vendor-supported technology. The position does not support work sponsorship, requires eligibility to work in the United States, and is intended for remote work with candidates ideally local to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware.
