Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage systems solutions and application technical support projects across multiple business units, including planning, requirements capture, technical investigation, execution, delivery, vendor coordination, resource and budget management, risk and issue resolution, and post-implementation support. The role manages complex portfolios and related projects, supports on-premises and cloud-based solutions, and may assist with vendor management and PMO process improvement. Candidates need 6–10 years of increasingly responsible project management experience, SDLC and project management tool experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
