Meltwater is hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support to C-level executives and employees, troubleshoot complex enterprise issues, administer Windows and macOS endpoints and cloud and networking infrastructure, manage hardware and software assets, oversee security and system performance, lead IT projects, and mentor junior staff. The role is hybrid-remote with in-person support in the New York City office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and requires at least seven years of IT support experience. The base salary range is $75,000-$85,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, commuter, and parental leave benefits.
