INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Senior IT Workday Project Manager for a 12-month, hybrid Boston role requiring on-site presence three days per week. The position leads large, complex IT and enterprise technology projects, including Workday implementations, across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups. Responsibilities include project planning, scope and budget management, risk mitigation, reporting, financial oversight, change management, and post-go-live stabilization. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience, and at least 5 years engaging business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. Compensation is $90–$97 per hour, with medical benefits and a 401(k) plan.
