Description
The Senior JV Accountant will work under limited supervision to conduct and document moderate to complex joint venture accounting projects, including hosting and responding to JV audits, resolving JIB billing questions, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and completing special projects. The role requires collaboration with accounting, land, and operations teams, adherence to GAAP and COPAS standards, and management of monthly deadlines. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline and/or commensurate experience is required, along with at least five years of relevant experience.
