Intuitive Machines is hiring a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist in Houston, Texas, to own the company’s timekeeping and labor-charging compliance program. The role monitors employee and manager compliance, resolves exceptions, maintains audit-ready documentation, coordinates validated timekeeping data with Payroll, and supports audits and process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressively responsible experience in timekeeping compliance, labor accounting, government contract accounting, payroll controls, or internal audit, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and enterprise timekeeping, payroll, ERP, or HRIS platforms.
