The role manages subsurface rights and land operations across a high-profile geographic area, including negotiating and drafting land agreements, developing land strategies, conducting research and due diligence, maintaining land records, coordinating with government officials, and supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and trades. The position requires a bachelor's degree in petroleum land or energy management or a related field, at least five years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel 10%–15% and work extended hours on short notice.
