Lucid is hiring a Sr. Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute launch activities for new vehicle programs, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness. The role leads readiness assessments, build events, issue management, validation, manufacturing readiness, product and process validation, cross-functional communication, reporting, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, preferably a master’s degree, and 5–8 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
