Description

The Sr PeopleSoft Lead Developer will work remotely on a C2C basis, leading and contributing to PeopleSoft Financials enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and complex custom development. The role includes hands-on development, solution architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates need at least five years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 experience, ten years of combined software engineering experience, PeopleTools experience, and senior or lead developer experience.

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 design and hands-on development
10+ years of combined software engineering and development experience
Experience designing complex end-to-end PeopleSoft solutions
PeopleTools experience in version 8.6X or higher
Experience leading PeopleSoft patching and upgrade projects
4+ years of senior or lead developer experience
Preferred Qualifications: Exemplary communication skills
General Ledger and/or Accounts Payable development
Interest or exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, and Snowflake
SAP Ariba P2P On Demand integration
Web service integration development
PeopleSoft application performance tuning
Agile/Scrum methodology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
