JPMorganChase is hiring a Senior Lead Software Engineer for its Consumer and Community Banking - Digital Technology team. The role leads the creation of scalable software frameworks, secure production code, and enterprise-scale agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows; advises cross-functional teams; defines technical methods and architectures; and influences senior stakeholders. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, programming expertise, experience leading agentic AI adoption, responsible AI governance knowledge, complex technology problem-solving experience, business understanding, and practical cloud-native experience.
