JPMorganChase is hiring a Senior Lead Software Engineer for its Consumer and Community Banking - Digital Technology team. The role leads the creation of scalable software frameworks, secure production code, and enterprise-scale agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows; advises cross-functional teams; defines technical methods and architectures; and influences senior stakeholders. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, programming expertise, experience leading agentic AI adoption, cloud-native experience, and knowledge of responsible AI governance.
