Additional Information

Minimum Education: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of applied software engineering experience
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Advanced experience developing enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST-based services
Advanced experience designing distributed, event-driven architectures with microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, relational databases, and asynchronous messaging
Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, including frontend architecture and enterprise-scale web application development
Experience leading technical design discussions, influencing architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving modernization initiatives
Experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools
Experience building and operating scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native applications and distributed systems
