Protolabs is hiring a Senior Lean/CI Practitioner for CNC to work onsite at its Brooklyn Park, Minnesota facility. The role partners with site leadership and frontline teams to develop and sustain continuous improvement, value stream management, daily management, standardized work, coaching, change leadership, and performance measurement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, at least five years of continuous improvement experience, Lean or Six Sigma certification, change-management experience, and familiarity with CNC production and structured problem-solving methods.
