Lam is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Specialist for its Global Lab Operations group to develop and deliver standardized, role-based training for critical semiconductor lab processes. The role covers curriculum development, instructional design, content curation, project management, rollout, evaluation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on multi-language audiences and technical organizations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of instructional design experience in technical or regulated environments, or equivalent higher-education and experience alternatives, along with expertise in instructional design, adult learning, blended learning, cross-functional leadership, and project management. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
