Diodes, Inc. is hiring a Senior Level Semiconductor High Voltage LNDMOS Device Engineer to design, develop, and optimize high-voltage power semiconductor devices for automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and renewable energy applications. The role leads device architecture and simulation, collaborates with process engineers on fabrication flows, characterizes devices, explores new architectures and materials, supports cross-functional product development, and provides technical guidance to application engineers and customers. The position is based at the company’s fabrication site in South Portland, Maine, and requires a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field plus 5–10 years of power semiconductor device engineering experience.
