Description
Apple is seeking a commercial litigation litigator to provide legal support for its products and businesses. The role involves formulating and driving litigation strategy, managing regulatory matters from beginning to end, handling agency litigation and enforcement defense, subpoenas, CIDs, and other investigations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires at least 10 years of major law firm or in-house litigation experience, a JD or equivalent, and admission to at least one United States state bar; technology interest and strong communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills are preferred. Travel is anticipated.
