MGA Entertainment is hiring a Senior Litigation Counsel to manage in-house and outside litigation for its global toy, entertainment, and consumer-products portfolio. The role handles commercial, intellectual-property, products-liability, employment, and other disputes; advises business clients; litigates as counsel-of-record; negotiates resolutions; manages litigation holds and e-discovery; and collaborates with outside counsel. The position requires a JD, a four-year undergraduate degree, 10–12 years of litigation experience, and California bar admission, and pays $175,000–$250,000 per year.
