Description
The Sr. Loan Processor will process conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage loan applications in compliance with investor requirements, complete and clarify loan documentation, prepare files for underwriting approval, and communicate loan status to originators, borrowers, and agents. The role requires 3–5 years of mortgage-processing experience, familiarity with major underwriting guidelines, proficiency in Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor, and strong organizational and communication skills.
