Description
The Demand Management Specialist administers customer orders, reviews demand and inventory data, coordinates with suppliers, customers, manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, purchasing, and quality functions, and supports inventory allocation, order release, RMA/CER resolution, and inbound/outbound flow improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or at least four years of related experience, U.S. work authorization, and strong negotiation and communication skills; familiarity with fastener industry terminology, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, customer service, Oracle Applications, Excel, COP/QAD, and web-based applications is preferred. The position offers a $75,000–$95,000 salary range and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
