Description
Oura is hiring a Senior Logistics Manager, Americas Retail Operations to lead retail logistics across the Americas, manage two direct reports, and own existing retailer optimization, new retailer launches, routing and EDI compliance, freight cost-to-serve analysis, chargeback disputes, KPI reporting, and cost-down initiatives. The role requires 7+ years of relevant retail logistics, wholesale distribution, or supply chain experience, including 2+ years managing people in a product-shipping industry, and is hybrid with onsite work 2–3 times per week in San Francisco. Compensation is $143,650–$169,000 for Region 1, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
