Description
AKASA is hiring a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy production machine learning systems for healthcare revenue-cycle applications. The role owns end-to-end ML services, including problem discovery, data pipelines, inference optimization, experimentation, and deployment, and involves large-language models, probabilistic inference, computer vision, medical document entity extraction, medical coding, and claim outcome prediction. The position is based in the South San Francisco office with remote work support and requires a master's degree in computer science or a similar field, at least five years of machine learning and data engineering experience, and experience launching production ML systems.
