Dyno Therapeutics is hiring a senior machine learning engineer to build and scale machine learning infrastructure, training and inference systems, performance optimization tools, and agentic AI workflows supporting protein design and AI-driven genetic medicine research. The role collaborates with AI scientists, protein engineers, and ML engineers, and requires strong software engineering, containerization, distributed computing, GPU performance engineering, and complex systems ownership. It is full-time, based in Watertown, Massachusetts, or remote, with a base salary of $178,662.29–$213,680.10 per year plus bonus, equity, insurance, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
