Baxter is hiring a Senior Maintenance & Facilities Engineer to support site operations, manufacturing equipment, automation, infrastructure, utilities, and capital projects. The role includes troubleshooting, process validation, engineering documentation, CAPA and NCR investigations, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, biomedical, or electrical engineering or a similar field, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing; 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred. The estimated base salary is $96,000–$132,000 annually, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
