Horning is hiring a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at The Residences at the Manor, a 583-unit apartment community in Frederick, Maryland. The role manages work orders, unit turnovers, preventive maintenance, common areas, capital projects, vendors, safety, compliance, and the maintenance team, while serving as the technical escalation point for emergencies. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive multifamily maintenance experience, including three years in a maintenance leadership role, along with required EPA, OSHA, and Certified Pool Operator certifications.
