Description
The Senior Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance technicians at the St. Louis TTH site and oversees corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. The role partners with planning, production, quality, and engineering teams; manages work orders, spare parts, vendors, KPIs, safety compliance, and continuous improvement; and develops maintenance technicians. Candidates need a high school diploma, 5–8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 plus incentive pay and other benefits.
