Description
The Sr Maintenance Technician performs complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. The role inspects building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing; oversees contractor work; completes repair records; estimates materials and time; orders supplies; maintains energy and lighting systems; and responds to emergencies. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of related experience or trade school training, two years of building-services experience, relevant trade or certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week and pays $22.00–$26.00 per hour.
