Lucid is hiring a Senior Maintenance technician to serve as a multi-craft technician responsible for advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, complex corrective and preventive repairs, machine restoration, preventive-maintenance planning, root-cause analysis, and technical coaching. The role supports safe, capable, and sustainable powertrain operations in a high-automation automotive or electric-vehicle environment, with responsibilities spanning PLC and industrial-network diagnostics, CMMS documentation, safety controls, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce development. Candidates need a technical diploma, at least five years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience, PLC diagnostics experience, high-voltage competency, and fluency in Arabic and English.
