FreeWheel is hiring a Sr. Manager, Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers supporting publisher, broadcaster, distributor, and reseller customers. The role owns portfolio health, retention, commercial growth, account planning, renewals, adoption, and executive client engagements while developing people, improving processes, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of relevant account management or customer success experience, and at least three years leading customer-facing teams.
